Governors Bay School is a four classroom school of about 90 pupils located in attractive surroundings catering for students from Years 0 to 8. The school roll is drawn from the surrounding community; children come to school with high expectations of learning and achievement. The school has an active and supportive P.T.A. who organise regular social and fundraising events. The school is well resourced and has a modern library which not only accommodates classes during library times it also acts as an assembly hall and a theatre for the school’s performing arts programme and end of year junior school concerts.
