For over ten years, Canterbury Sailing School has been introducing and teaching people of all ages to sail – they range in age from their 60’s to the youngest a pre-schooler from St Albans. Each season our One Day Sailing Experience for Schools attracts over 3000 Canterbury children from over forty Primary and Intermediate schools to our Lake Rua venue.  Schools recognise the value of these sailing programmes as an educational, sport and water confidence-building tool.
