Advises and supports the Board in its decision-making. Prepares reports and agendas, and briefs deputations to the Board, writes minutes after the meeting, actions outcomes from the meetings and relays Board decisions.
If you would like to talk to the Board about a particular issue you must contact the Community Board Adviser six working days before a Board meeting. Applications are then subject to approval by the Chairperson. The agenda for each meeting containing reports for consideration or information are available for perusal at the Fendalton service centre.
